Since being medically retired from the Army in 2015, Iaian Thompson has dedicated his life to the pursuit and study of woodworking, with both power tools and hand tools. After a few years as a finish carpenter’s apprentice, he decided to strike out on his own, design building custom spaces for customers, such as man caves, dry and wet bars, plus built-in furniture.

Since then, he has started specializing in design built furniture for high-end spaces, using mostly hand tools and helping veterans recover from PTSD through the work of their hands and by crafting their own lives through the work of craftsmanship.
